Inferno II; a Drake class Battlecruiser

After long nights spent in the ‘roid belts of Nakregde deep in the Kor Azor region, I have finally been able to repurchase a copy of this fine ship.
Introducing the Inferno II. A fine example of Caldari persistence, this ship signifies my fighting spirit. Something in me does not wish to settle for mining or industry. In the ever-expanding universe of EVE, space combat is immensely popular. If a capsuleer dares to enter the realms of low-security space, he may soon find himself tackling pirates with a difference; these rats offer a challenge, a thrill… sport. Within minutes comes the bounty, increasingly plentiful as your targets become larger.
Please please please take it from me when I say “do not leave your controls for a second“. This is how I came to lose control of my first battlecruiser, the Inferno. Granted I was in low security space, but it only took one NPC Blood pirate a matter of minutes to finish me off. I’d also like to add that I wouldn’t like comments about my armour and shield rigs, that’s not what this is about. =)
My message is this: Stay present and remain persistent. The rest will fall into place.
Fly safe,
Chris

The Drake is one of my favorite ships. I’ve moved on to a Raven, but I have a second account that flies my old Drake, and it tanks nearly as well as the battleship.

Thanks for your comment.
For me, the Drake is the first REAL caldari ship. Once you fly a Drake, the others all seem very small.
A Raven? That’s fairly impressive. I’m working on my industrial skills all the while so I suppose I’m quite far off from that yet.
